Join us at Shelanu for an immersive evening with musician, producer and sound therapist Avishai Barnatan, a founding member of the band "Sheva".

Combining Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, flutes and vocal harmonics, Avishai creates a rich musical journey that unfolds around you. As he moves through the room with different instruments, you are invited to simply listen, rest and experience their sounds and vibrations.

An opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, slow down and enjoy a moment of calm and connection.

No previous experience with meditation or sound healing is needed.

What to bring?
Please bring a mat to lie on, a light blanket and a cushion so you can settle in comfortably.

Avishai Barnatan is a musician, producer and sound therapist whose work brings together music and an exploration of sound. Alongside his musical career, he facilitates Sound Shower sessions and vocal workshops in Australia and internationally.
