Sound Sisters: Women's Song & Drum Circle

Sound Sisters is an opportunity to gather with other women in circle to share, sing and drum your cares away! Women have gathered since the beginning of time to share songs and rhythms which enliven and heal body, mind, heart and soul. Even if you think you can't sing or drum, you will find that once in the circle, you will feel this connection deep in your DNA and will discover a sense of homecoming and profound wellbeing. More than ever in our disconnected, overwhelming world we need to come together in person and connect to these ancient sacred practices which are so deeply nurturing at all levels of our being. Bring a drum or shaker or borrow one on the day. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily and bring a water bottle. Held on the first Sunday of the month at Entelechy Living in Woonona (Mimosa Room). Places are limted due to the size of the room so don't wait to secure your place!
