Event description

In the safe, nurturing space of The Pod in Port Adelaide, let Tina guide you through a meditation into a space of peace and tranquility. You will then be immersed in the healing sounds of live singing bowls and rhythm instruments to bring healing and calm to your physical and mental bodies. You can choose to sit or lay down for this experience which is limited to 5 people.
