At Sound Soothe we are on a mission to take the "work" out of relaxation and help everyone chill out for minute...or 30.

Held in the "SAFE ROOM" at the FUNHAUS FACTORY, Gosford, Once a bank vault, this room magically amplifies the vibrational frequency of 432hz crystal singing bowls in the most divine way

Relaxation YOUR way - sit, lie, colour, read, journal, do something creative...whatever works for YOU. The only expectation is that all activities are quiet, off-line and don't disturb others AND all devices are off and put away.

Particularly Beneficial for; overall stress and cortisol reduction, anxiety, ptsd, depression, insomnia, pain management, neurodivergent brains, burnout.

• Some mats, cushions and blankets are provided but feel free to bring your own

• Suitable for all ages and stages of life. No meditation or sound experience required.

• Handmade Roll On Anchor Oils, infused with essential oils and crystals, will be available for purchase on the day for $10.00. (OR $15.00 with a meditation crystal and mantra) - CASH ONLY AT THIS STAGE.

By purchasing a ticket I acknowledge that I have read and accept the below SOUND SOOTHE WAIVER:

1. Acknowledgement

I acknowledge I am voluntarily participating in a Sound Soothe sound bathing session or workshop.

2. Health & Safety

I confirm responsibility for my own wellbeing. I have disclosed relevant conditions. I understand this is not a substitute for medical treatment.

3. Medical Devices & Sensitivities

I understand I must inform Sound Soothe if I use hearing aids, have sound sensitivity, tinnitus, or implanted devices so adjustments can be made. I also acknowledge that Sound Soothe employs trauma-aware facilitation and is scent-free by default, and that I am in control throughout the session. I understand that Sound Soothe complements my wellbeing journey and existing practices, serving as a supportive modality, not a medical treatment, and I will check with my clinician if unsure.

4. Risks

I acknowledge any possible physical or emotional effects and accept responsibility. I will keep away from and not touch the bowls.

6. Cancellation Policy

48+ hours: Refund or credit. Less than 48 hours notice: no refund or credit available.

7. Liability Waiver

I release Sound Soothe from all liability for injuries or losses.
