Come join Sound Spheres, a collaboration between Ben Last (Temple Step) and Madhu Honey, for a unique and immersive event that will take you on an inner pilgrimage of sound and self-discovery. Incorporating Sound Healing, Guided Meditation, and Somatic Sensing. Expect this experience to be a beautifully woven journey through the elements and beyond.

With the use of Binaural Beats sound technology, including Brain Waves, Theta, and Alpha frequencies, you will be guided into a deep and relaxing flow state. Ben Last will work his sonic wizardry using Ableton Live, Effects, and Midi controller keyboards to create a multi-layered sound bed that infuses a cinematic soundtrack with elemental soundscape. Each element - Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Ether - will be correlated to chakra-tuned root notes, facilitating deep integration, transformation, and renewal within you.

Madhu Honey will add her multilayered voice, guiding you through with meditation and percussion, adding another layer to this rich and immersive experience. Together, Ben Last and Madhu Honey will create a synergistic fusion of sound and energy that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and deeply connected to yourself and the world around you.

Paid parking is available in the public car park at Acacia Place, and across Victoria Street in Victoria Gardens shopping complex. Free parking in Harrison court and surrounds. We are on the lower ground level of Acacia Place.

Disabled access: If you park within the paid parking station off Acacia Place you will be on the same level as our studio. If you enter from Victoria Street level, a lift is available at the top of the first set of steps leading down to the river.

Combining 25 years experience in Sound healing, Music production, Live performance, a Diploma in Psyco/ Spiritual Healing, and musicianship.

Temple Step has offered solo and collaborative sound healing experiences within many workshops, festivals, and retreats, across the globe over a few decades now, including Beloved Festival (USA), Sonic Bloom (USA), Unify (USA), Rainbow Serpent (AUS), Earth Frequency (AUS), Woodford(AUS), Byron Bay Spirit Festival (AUS), Earthdance (AUS) and many more.

Temple Step has also released tracks through Desert Trax, Gravitas and High Vibe Records, and is the co-founder of Motiv Music.

Combines over 20 years experience in the performance and healing arts field.

Embodying the roles of Ceremonialist, Workshop Facilitator, Artistic Director, Creative Embodied therapist, and Vocalist.

Madhu's Studies have seen her through the modalities of Dance Therapy, Contemporary Dance, Physical Theatre, Butoh, Body Weather, BMC, Yoga Counselling/Coaching, Energy Healing, Body~Work and Vocal Embodiment.

Her diverse experiences have included being a part of Dance Theatre Productions, Corporate gigs, Arts Festivals, Workshops, Retreats, Ceremonies & Dance /Theatre companies.

Madhu brings a colourful presence of the sacred through her passions, prayers and performance, delivering an alchemy of inspired depths, heart felt wisdom and a touch of liberation every time.
