🌸 Sound, Stillness & Surrender

A Beltane Sound Healing and Meditation

Allow yourself to bloom.

As we welcome Beltane, the celebration of blossoming life, warmth and new beginnings in the Southern Hemisphere, you are warmly invited to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Join me for a nurturing sound healing experience where the gentle tones of crystal singing bowls, harp and soothing percussion create space for stillness, deep rest and inner connection.

Through sound, we will gently explore the art of surrender, releasing the need to have everything figured out, softening into the present moment and allowing life to unfold in its own time.

Just as nature blossoms when the conditions are right, we too can create space for new possibilities to emerge, without expectation allowing yourself to BLOOM.

✨ Sound — awaken your senses and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

✨ Stillness — quiet the outside world and listen to the whisper within.

✨ Surrender — soften, let go and allow yourself to receive.

✨Your invitation: What is ready to blossom within you when you allow yourself to slow down and surrender?

A beautiful opportunity to nurture yourself, welcome new beginnings and return to your own rhythm.

Here is the Rhythm for the evening:

✨Welcome with warm cacao to assist in grounding and preparing our body for the session

✨ Guided meditation

✨Immersive sound healing with crystal singing bowls, harp and soothing percussion

✨Gentle integration with a delicious snack

✨ A small gift is offered

I look forward to sharing this with you.

With love,
Joanna
