You have already experienced the power of music on your emotional and physical wellbeing in your daily life. Sound healing is just an extension of what you already know and have experienced but on a considerably higher level. It is suitable for everyone. Come along with your friends and family to enjoy this unique experience hosted by experienced and fabulously talented sound healers.

Join Beanie (I. am. Beanie) and Nic (Nicola Stone) as they take you on a restful journey of discovery, allowing you to restore harmony and balance to your life, whilst reducing your stress levels and supporting you as you drop into a space of total relaxation.

At the beginning of session you will be offered some ceremonial cacao (please remember to bring a CUP) - which is great with assisting to connect with your heart. You will then find your most comfortable position and relax to receive this sound healing – it is time to practice receiving for once. Beanie and Nic will provide a brief introduction provide an intention for the session (perhaps gratitude or self-love) and then it will be time to set your intention (e.g. your purpose for coming) which you choose and then just trust!

No skills or experience is required, just a willingness to be open and receive, stay present and focus on the vibration of sounds. Everyone will experience it differently – you may become a little emotional as you connect with the music, or perhaps have an ‘aha’ moment, or just chill and meditate. There is no right or wrong way of doing a sound healing.

Sound healing is soft, gentle and relaxing in a very safe, comfortable and supportive environment. You find a comfy position on the floor (you can sit on a chair if that is more comfortable), close your eyes and just let go– this is a time for you. As you find a deeper state of surrender, you become more open and more fully connected.

Whilst you immerse yourself in the beautiful soulful vocals by the ethereal Nic and the mesmerising instrumental vibrations created by the talented Beanie, you will find a place in your heart that you never thought existed. Every session is completely unique in both sounds and energy.

Sound Healing is based on ancient traditions that were practised by early tribal cultures. But Beanie and Nicola have brought this ancient experience into the 21st century whilst still incorporating native American style flute, crystals bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drums, gong, didgeridoo, electronic sounds and other ceremonial instruments. Today will remind you of the magic of ceremony in your life to ground, soothe and heal physically, emotionally and spiritually.

At the end Nicola will bring some delicious goodies prepared by Nicola whilst you chat and share your experience with others, if you wish. Both Beanie and Nicola will be available to provide further information and support if needed.

You will leave this session with a lovely sense of peace after indulging your body and soul in an ultimate act of self-care.

Remember to bring a cup and a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. :D 🥰
