On 11|11, Mimi and Sabrina join forces for one evening.
Sabrina’s live instruments (crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, and more) move around you, so you don’t only hear the sound, you feel it. Layered over the INNERSONIC soundscape and Mimi’s energy work, it’s a powerful journey into the depths.
❖ THE EVENING
We begin with breathwork or meditation and a transmission of knowledge drawn from study, research, and direct experience.
Then you lie down, close your eyes, and a multi-stage soundscape, designed to communicate directly with your nervous system, carries you through cycles of expansion and contraction, movement and stillness, releasing and receiving.
Mimi acts as an energetic conduit, using her hands to touch, press, hover, or gesture over your chakras and meridian points to open your energetic pathways and release what is dense or stagnant.
Sabrina’s instruments move through the room on and/or around you (with your consent).
As we travel through the portal together, movement may arise. Emotion may surface. Stillness may deepen beyond anything familiar.
There is nothing you need to do. Simply allow.
We close with an integration circle to share what surfaced and witness the resonance and synchronicities that emerge, almost every time.
While each journey is entirely unique, similar patterns often appear across participants at the same moments within the shared field. It’s a reminder that we are not as separate as we think.
Shifts may happen during the evening or unfold in the days after.

Wear comfortable clothes · Eye mask optional · Avoid a full stomach · No alcohol or substances for 24 hours prior · Mats and water available · No previous experience required

Lineup
Mimi Perez / INNERSONIC
Mimi is a lifelong mystic, soul scientist, and innernaut. She trained in Innerdance facilitation and Somananda Tantric Energy Healing. Her background is in teaching yoga and meditation and has decades of personal spiritual study and lived experience in multi-modality energy work, soundscape design, and consciousness exploration. INNERSONIC is a synthesis of these frameworks and her own journey, and is just one expression of a larger body of work.
Sabrina Alicea / R3NEW U
Sabrina is a sound healer, musician, and energy worker. She specializes in Vibroacoustic Sound Healing using authentic Tibetan singing bowls. Drawing on a range of sound healing techniques, she layers in a range of instruments, including gongs, chimes, rain sticks, and drums, to create an immersive sound healing experience. She hosts her own events at The Urban Ashram.
