Listen to a collection of beautiful instruments, while you lay there and let them transport you on a relaxing meditation journey.

What should you bring:

Eye pillow

Blanket & socks (it can get chilly on floor)

Water bottle

DOORS OPEN AT 6.15PM - PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO GET SETTLED AS WE START PROMPTLEY at 6.30pm & DOORS WILL BE LOCKED once we begin.

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves, you have epilepsy you will not be able to attend this class without seeking doctors approval beforehand.

If you are pregnant it is a good idea to get you doctors advice before attending.

The studio is located (through walk way) in-between Athenia restaurant & KoKo Marias café from the main high street & studio is on the waterfront.
