Surrounded by birdsong and the whisper of the wind, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as nature's healing sounds intertwine with the angelic frequencies of crystal bowls, gongs, drum, chimes and other meditative instruments.
A truly one-of-a-kind experience that harmonises nature and sound. This is not just a soundbath, it's a nature-connected ceremony for nervous system healing, inner stillness, and reconnection with self. Ideal for those seeking peace, clarity, and grounding in chaotic times.
Bring your yoga mat, cushion/bolster, warm layers, blanket, and an open heart. No prior experience needed. Just come as you are and be held by the forest.
*As this is an outdoor event weather risks are monitored with attendees notified ahead of time if any changes to event arrangements will need to occur due to any adverse conditions.
FAQs
- What time do gates open?
Gates open at 10am, providing everyone plenty of time to find their patch of forest and settle in ahead of the Soundbath commencing at 10:30am.
- What do I need to bring?
Bring your yoga mat/picnic rug/blanket (low chairs are also allowed), bolster/cushion/pillow, water bottle and diary or crystal if you feel called.
As this is an outdoor event extra layers such as a rug or blanket to pull over you is recommended in case required during the event.
Dress appropriately for the conditions - flat shoes, comfy clothes, beanie or gloves (if required), extra jumper or jacket. If a warm or sunny day pack in your hat and sunglasses.
**Water will be available on site if you need to top up your water bottle.

- What is the situation if weather conditions are unsuitable?
This is an outdoor event and due to the availabiity of a wet weather option on site this event will proceed rain or shine.
However weather conditions are monitored in the lead up to the event and if severe weather is forecast that comprises on safety, attendees will be notified in advance.
- What is the refund policy?
This event has a no refund policy, however if for some reason you are unable to attend at the last minute, a reschedule can be arranged for a future event.
- What is the difference between general admission ticket and the VIP pack
The VIP pack includes a take home bottle of wine from Sinclair's Gully's organic wine range. Ticket holders will be able to choose from a selection of wines at the venue's cellar door at the conclusion of the soundbath.
