Event description

Sound Bath with Gina & Jude 

Come & join a rejuvenating Friday evening with a Relaxing Sound Bath held at Fern Bay Community Hall in Fern Bay.

Please arrive by 6:15pm as we will be promptly starting at 6:30pm.

The Sound Bath will go for an hour & afterwards you are invited to enjoy a cacao or herbal tea with us at the Hall.

What to bring?

  • Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lie on)
  • A Warm Blanket or 2 
  • Pillow 
  • Water bottle 
  • Optional- Eye pillow 

What is a sound bath? 

    The Sound Bath is a time to relax and enjoy the sounds from vibrational instruments, such as crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, gongs, monolina, drums, voice and other percussion instruments.  These will be gently and thoughtfully played without being too loud or overplayed.
