It provides practical, safety-centred strategies to stay grounded in the pattern of harm, keep partner/child safety in view, and maintain an accountability-focused stance that supports change work.

You will learn to identify common grooming tactics and subtle collusion markers in language and decision-making, strengthen self-awareness of personal and practice vulnerabilities, and apply in-the-room micro-skills and quick self-checks.
