Electronic Music 'Beat Workshop' 

Learn how to create your own electronic music on Roland's Aira Compact beat machine, voice tweaker and chord synth.

This hands-on practical and interactive session will include:

• Short history of Detroit techno
• Live Jam with dance music legend A Guy Called Gerald.
• Facilitated music production

Led by Ryan Powderly, the mind behind some incredible lockdown solo projects and collaborations, Ryan will take you through the process of recording audio samples and turning them into a finished track. 

Who is this for?

For all music creators and anyone who wants an introduction to creating their own electronic music.
Aged 14+

What do you need to bring?

Please bring a pair of headphones (any type with a standard headphone connection). If you don't have, don't worry, as we will have some spare.
