In this workshop, we will explore the connection between voice, emotion, and music, and how we can foster awareness, self-trust and embodiment of the whole self through vocal expression.

Kirsty will share some foundational principles of working with music and voice for self-connection and facilitate an exploration of voice with supporting instruments. She will then outline some simple ways you can offer this in your practice with clients if you wish.

Kirsty Morphett is a musician, teacher and facilitator in Melbourne, and the founder of Holistic Music. Her work is rooted in the belief that music is a language of connection and whole-being expression. She loves to help people discover their musical life and embrace personal development and integration through the practice of music. Find out more at holisticmusic.com.au.

You will be sent a Zoom link on the day of the event.
