SOUND MEDICINE

Move • Sing • Receive

Step away from the noise.

Return to your natural rhythm.

An alternative Friday night experience - immerse yourself in an evening of movement, voice, connection, and deep restoration.

Sound is more than something we hear, it is something we feel. It can calm the nervous system, release tension, restore harmony, and reconnect us with our true selves in a world where disconnection and chaos is rife.

This Sound Medicine experience unfolds in three powerful stages:

Move

Through intuitive movement and dance, you'll be invited to listen with your whole being.

Listen to the call of the music, the wisdom of your body, and the subtle movements arising from within.

As you soften out of thinking and into feeling, movement becomes a conversation with yourself, a chance to respond authentically, express freely, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

Sing

Open your voice - one of our most powerful instruments of liberation. Through exploratory sound, heart songs and chants we create space for emotions to move, for energy to flow, and for parts of ourselves that have been silenced, hidden, or held back to be welcomed home.

Mantra is more than words, it is a living technology that helps focus the mind, open the heart, and align us with qualities such as love, compassion, courage, and devotion.

Together, our individual voices merge into a collective field of resonance that nourishes both the individual and the whole.

What is cultivated within is naturally radiated outward. Through sound, intention, and connection, we contribute to a more coherent, compassionate, and heart-centred world.

Receive

Rest deeply in a LIVE sound medicine journey featuring channeled vocals, sacred instruments and healing frequencies. This is an opportunity to allow sound to restore optimal frequencies of your own essential nature.
As the movement and expression of the evening settle into stillness, the body, mind, heart, and spirit are given space to harmonise and integrate.

Coherence is not something we force. It emerges when we create the conditions for it and allow it to arise.

In a state of coherence there is less inner conflict, less struggle, and less fragmentation. Energy that was once spent battling within becomes available for living, creating, connecting, and thriving.

From this place, many people experience greater vitality, clarity, presence, peace, and magnetic alignment with what matters most.

You may leave feeling:

• More grounded and present
• Calm and regulated in your nervous system
• Emotionally lighter and more open
• Connected to yourself and others
• Rested, inspired, and re-energised
• More aligned with your natural rhythm and inner wisdom

No experience is needed, simply come as you are.

Bring a yoga mat or something soft to lie on, a blanket (or several), cushions, and anything that helps you feel warm, supported, and comfortable.

Wear relaxed clothing you can move and rest in.

Herbal Tea will be provided during the evening.

Come alone or with friends.

Move. Sing. Receive.

A powerful journey through sound as medicine, movement as wisdom, and voice as liberation.

PLEASE NOTE Rebecca will be playing a plastic slide didgeridoo during the event, with reverence to the healing traditions of our indigenous people. If you have any cultural concerns in this regard please don't hesitate to reach out to Rebecca prior to the event to discuss.
