This special event of Yoga with live music, presented by Sounds For Yoga, will be hosted by Yankalilla cafe Lot 50.

Each event by Sounds For Yoga is unique. We will create for you an experience which blends a flowing Yoga practice with improvised live music. The beautiful sounds of hand pans, flutes and chimes, as well as moments of silence, are specifically selected to enhance Yoga poses and sequences. Live music isn’t merely a pleasant backdrop to the Yoga, but is consciously integrated into the practice, heightening senses and deepening one’s connection to the moment.

Whilst the Yoga will not be overly strenuous, participants do require a basic knowledge of Yoga poses and will need to bring their own mat.

Lot 50 will remain open for a short time after the practice for those who wish to purchase refreshments and chat with the Sounds For Yoga team - yoga teacher Michelle Smith and musician Tony Hole.
