Let yourself be bathed in the rich tapestry of sound, woven together by the healing frequencies of the Yidaki (Didgeridoo), Tanpura Swarmandal, Steel Tongue Drum, Medicine Drums, and a full set of eight Crystal Singing Bowls, among other transformative instruments.

Sound Healing is a powerful practice that activates the body’s natural relaxation response, helping to counteract the effects of chronic stress while balancing the mind, body, and spirit.

These sound frequencies influence brainwave activity, leading you into an altered state of consciousness, similar to deep meditation or dream-like states.

As your body surrenders to the vibrations, you may experience:

Julia works intuitively with a variety of instruments, including Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Medicine Drum, Wind Gong, Harmonic Whirlies, Voice/Toning, and Chimes, creating deeply transformative soundscapes.

Event Schedule (QLD AEST Time)

Doors Open: 6:10 PM – We encourage you to arrive early to settle in and create a comfortable space for yourself.

Journey Begins: 6:30 PM – To maintain the flow of the experience, we kindly ask that you arrive and set up before this time.

Finish: 8:00 PM

What to Bring -

- A comfortable mat or mattress (thick enough for lying down)

- Cushion/pillow for added support

- Blanket to stay warm

- Water bottle

- Eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes

- Wear comfortable clothing

- Please avoid wearing perfumes – thank you!
