Deep relaxation is the most significant benefit of sound healing, followed by its energetic deep tissue massage effect caused by the sound vibrations that open, clear, and balance the chakras, whilst releasing stuck energy.

Ultimately, a sound bath supports our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, leaving us feeling balanced and refreshed.

Everyone's experience is different, and new things may emerge.  Most people feel very relaxed and peaceful during sound healing, often falling asleep, whereas some may have visualisations & receive downloads.

ABOUT HAITCH - Musician, instrument maker, composer and workshop facilitator Haitch brings a fresh twist to the world music scene. His uniqueness lies in the moving fusion created with both uncommon and classical instruments. Including Native American flutes, bamboo Suling, slide didgeridoo ,electric Indian zither, trumpet, resonant vocals and live looping. Featured along side the likes of Sacred Earth, Tina Malia, Dave Stringer and more. Haitch’s sounds will have you hooked!

SCHEDULE-

• ARRIVAL - doors open 6.40pm

Please arrive on time.  The doors will close at 6.55pm ready to start at 7pm sharp.  Once the doors are closed you will not be able to enter.

• 7pm - Sound Journey
• 8.45pm - Finish

WHAT TO BRING -

• Something to lay on.   Please bring a thick matt/mattress.  Its very important for you to be comfortable and warm to be able to relax into the experience.
• Cushion/pillow
• Blankets
• Haitch suggests you may also consider bring a body cover, towel or scarf that you wont mind some didge drippings on as the instrument will be played directly over you, if you wish. Body covers will also be available.
• Water Bottle
• Eye pillow or scarf to cover eyes
• Wear comfortable warm clothing.
