You are invited to an afternoon of relaxation through sound...

Created in a live group setting and lead with intention; Soundscape Meditation is an immersive experience featuring the soothing sounds of Tibetan Bowls, Chimes, Handpan, Gong and many more instruments.

Let the stresses of the week disappear as you lie back and absorb the sounds around you while we guide you through a journey into deep relaxation.

Guests are invited to find a comfortable, relaxed position as they are taken through a journey of sound. This meditative experience uses sound to anchor the mind, helping you stay present, while deeply relaxed. As you settle in, your body transitions into a state of relaxation, often referred to as the ‘rest and digest’ state. This shift encourages a deep sense of calm and ease. Throughout this experience, you may find yourself naturally shifting through different brainwave states, delving into a dream-like state and tapping into a wellspring of creativity and inspiration, while deeply soothing the nervous system.

Please bring:

-blanket/s
-a pillow for your head
-yoga mat (or something to lie on)
-wear comfortable clothes and socks (for the ultimate relaxation experience!)

Participants are invited to find a comfortable reclined position for the duration of the
experience, so make sure you bring enough soft and cosy things to keep you relaxed and warm.

A little bit more about the faces behind Clear Colours Collective:

Hayley and Daniel are a multi-instrumentalist duo creating a sonic journey experience. They have both been musicians for most of their lives and share a passion to bring people together through their love of sound and music. They have hosted many events all around Southern and Northern Adelaide, utilising a wide array of instruments, many of which are custom made by themselves.
