Sourdough Breadmaking Level 2
Once you have completed level 1, Nadine will help to expand your knowledge to add fruit, seeds or olives and parmesan to your loaves and teach you how to make different shapes, focaccia and ciabatta.
Bring a 2 litre container with a lid and an apron to the workshop.
