This is a beginner level 3-hour workshop by Chef Simon Hellyer where no bread-making experience is needed.

What you will learn:

Making sourdough focaccia from start to finish without a stand mixer or any specialist equipment.
Learning about and understanding the processes of mixing, autolysing, stretch and folds, resting, and feeding and maintaining a sourdough starter.
Confidence working with high hydration dough and building a curiosity about working with other kinds of sourdough breads.
