James Partington, the maker of the sensational and award-winning Staple sourdough bread, will run an exclusive Co-Op member-only class for us at a special price. If you always wanted to know how to make sourdough bread, then this is the right class for you.

What to expect: Introduction to sourdough breads, how to make them, how to bake them and their health benefits.

James says: "Together we'll get hands on in mixing, shaping and baking and eating breads. We'll also make some sourdough pizza and other goodies.

Tea, coffee and soft drinks will be supplied along with a goodie bag to take home."

What to bring: Apron, close toe shoes, camera/phone, sensational conversation and lots of questions.
