In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to master all three!

We start the day by learning all about the ancient art of sourdough and how to make your very own sourdough pizza dough. While the dough proofs, we move onto the sauce and finally the toppings - organic veggies picked fresh as we tour the Growing Together market garden!

We will then learn how to shape the dough onto a traditional pizza peel, add the toppings and load it into a woodfired pizza oven.

Then we feast in the tranquil setting of the market garden, with views overlooking the rolling green hills of Milton.

You will not only leave the workshop with a full belly, but the knowledge and skills on how to make your very own authentic sourdough pizza at home. You'll even get to take home a container of sourdough starter to begin your sourdough journey.
