Join us down at our garden for a hands-on Sourdough workshop. You will learn about the process for making sourdough bread and take home a starter pack and three loaves (White Sourdough, Fruit Loaf and Herbed Focaccia) to bake at home. The workshop includes:

A catered lunch - Simple sandwiches and cake, tea and coffee
Sourdough starter – and the jar to take it home in!
An Apron (Available to the first 12 tickets sold)
Bread Scraper
Recipe sheets
Workshop limited to 15 participants.

Participants will need to bring with them:

3 clean tea towels per person. This is for the proofing stages of the bread.
3 mixing bowls per person - which is your proving bowl for each bread.
A bread tin or cake loaf tin.
Timers – You can use your phone!
Optional is a bread tin if you have one or you can just bake a free form loaf if you don’t have a tin.
