I am really looking forward to having you join me for the sourdough workshop:

starting at 4 pm

at the Stone Oven Cafe (Devonport).

It is going to be a great session, and I cannot wait to share my passion for sourdough baking with you.

To make sure you are all set for the workshop, please bring along:

• a 3 to 5-litre Sistema box or a mixing bowl with a lid!

• a lidded Dutch oven or cast iron pot if you have one (ideally 20 cm diameter)

• an apron (optional)
