SOUTH FREMANTLE BREWING + LA CABANA - - - - 2021 Imperial Stout Launch + Long Table Dinner

A one off 5 course menu especially curated by head Chef Ben Fossilo to match 5 different South Fremantle Brewing Beers.

As a part of WA Beer Week South Fremantle Brewing will be taking you through 5 of their beers with a curated menu by La Cabana Head Chef and owner Ben Fossilo. Each Course will be designed to match one of South Fremantle Brewing’s beers with the hero of the night being the launch of the annual Imperial Stout. South Fremantle Brewing’s founders will be taking you through the beers and a bit of history about the brand. This night is intended to be interactive and fun with the co-founders hanging out at your tables between courses answering any questions while enjoying the epic food created by the La Cabana team.

The 5 beers for the night will be

1. Lager – this will be served as a make your own michelada at your table
2. Lemon Myrtle Pale Ale –  Odd Release beer featuring Native Lemon Myrtle
3. It’s Sour Thyme – Odd Release Beer featuring Native Thyme
4. 2021 Imperial Stout – South Fremantle Brewing’s annual Imperial Stout Release. The OG south freo house party beer
5. Big Red – Latest Odd Release Beer coming in at 7% with a toffee malt profile
