With a focus on jobs, health and housing for Western Australia, Premier Roger Cook will make a welcome return to Bunbury for the second consecutive year for the 2026-27 WA State Budget lunch. The event will once again provide valuable insight into the State Budget, bringing the local benefits into sharp focus.

We invite you to attend to hear first-hand what the State Budget means for Bunbury, the South West and wider Western Australia at this special post-Budget event.

Attend to unpack the latest State Budget and gain valuable insight from WA Government Ministers into the WA Government’s priorities, plans and projects for the coming year – and how these will deliver for locals and every Western Australian where it matters most.

Enjoy lunch followed by the keynote presentation by the Hon Roger Cook MLA; the Premier of Western Australia, then delight in the discussion in the panel session where you have the chance to have your questions answered.

The Bunbury post-Budget lunch forms part of a series of Regional Budget Roadshow events being held across WA on Friday 8 May 2026, following the handing down of the State Budget. A sundowner event is also being held in Margaret River to cap off the day.
