    Lexy McDonald

    Lexy McDonald created the mobile application HerHelp when she was just 17 after being bullied growing up. Since it’s launch Lexy has been able to help millions of people across the world with her app now being a multi-million dollar company, with 100s of professional resources from dance workouts to financial education and everything in between. Her mission is to make mental health and wellness support so much more accessible to anyone and everyone that needs it, while also inspiring the people around to her make the change they can’t see around them. 

    Amy Jacobson

    Amy Jacobson is an EI and human behaviour specialist, delivering emotional intelligence programs, keynotes & workshops across Australia and the international markets.
    As the author of 'Emotional Intelligence: A simple and actionable guide to increasing performance, engagement and ownership', and a Media Personality across television, radio and print, Amy's mission is to break down misconceptions around E.I. and help people to increase their emotional intelligence.

    With over 19 years’ experience of more than doubling engagement and market brand scores, both her passion and her determination to help people own it, take control and be unstoppable is unparalleled.

    Lloyd Evans

    Lloyd is a UK trained General Practitioner, qualifying in July 2014 from Cardiff University School of Medicine. He currently applies his trade across Western Australia and created MAN Health Clinic in 2023 to offer a bespoke health service to men that is convenient, thorough and wholly male-focused.

    Lloyd's clinical interests naturally include Men’s Health and Preventative Medicine but he also has past experience in Sports Medicine having previously taken up the role of Medical Coordinator for Cardiff City Football Club during their time in the Premier League. Prior to embarking on his journey into Medicine, Lloyd was a soccer player with Cardiff City Football Club. As his time ended within the professional sporting environment, he quickly adapted to a huge change in direction becoming a very young father, a medical student, a skeleton-bob-sleigher, soccer coach and eventually a doctor by age 25.

    Kate Vivian

    Kate joined the WA Police Force (WAPF) in July 1996 and performed general duties in and around Perth until 1998 when she transferred to the Perth Crash Investigation Section and on to Major Crash Investigation Section (MCIS) in 2000. She has had a long & diverse career within the WA Police Force, including being the first female officer to permanently work at Rottnest Island, worked at the Perth Watch House (PWH) - which she describes as some of the most intensive situations of her career - worked in the Counter Terrorism & Emergency Response Command in charge of the Capability Development Unit and the Emergency Preparedness Unit for Counter Terrorism, and Principal of the WA Police Academy. 

    In February 2023, Kate expanded her horizons and was successful in gaining a position as an Assistant Commissioner at the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES). Kate currently runs the State Resilience and Recovery portfolio and is the State Recovery Coordinator
