    Event description

Public meeting - Sandford Hall, Friday the 26th of July at 6pm.

Following the news of potential changes to the Tasmanian Coastal Policy, join us for an informative public meeting discussing the proposed changes to Tasmania's Coastal Policy. This event is an opportunity for the community to find out more information about what the Coastal Policy currently does, what changes are being proposed by the government and what this means for the future of our coasts:

    • Overview of Proposed Changes: Gain a clear understanding of the specific amendments proposed for Tasmania's Coastal Policy and anticipated impacts on coasts including Robbins Island.
    • Panel Discussion: Hear from a panel of speakers on the impact of the changes to the Coastal Policy on the coasts we love and the Tasmanian way of life.
    • Community Q&A Session: Participate in an open Q&A session where you can ask questions, express your views, and provide feedback on the proposed policy changes.

We look forward to your participation in shaping the future of Tasmania's coastlines!
