Southern Bricks LUG March 2026 Meet

SOUTHERN BRICKS LEGO® USER GROUP MARCH MEET - MILS Plates Workshop

Join Southern Bricks for the March Club Meet - Building a MILS plate for use in collaborative and modular builds.

MILS plates are literally the foundations of many collaborative or modular builds. They set a standard base for building on that makes it easy to integrate your build with others or modularise your build for transport or future expansion.

At the meet we will supply all the parts and directions to make your own MILS plate and the best bit is you can take it home with you at the end of the meet.

If you are working on a build for the 'Great City of Brrixh'Po' collaborative build, you are encouraged to bring it to the meet. This is an excellent example of how MILS plates work. It will be great to see how the 2026 city is taking shape.

If you have a Modular City build you'd like to make MILS compatible, bring it along if you can, and we'll give you some conversion tips.

Don't forget to bring your entry for the Iron Builder competition! More details on the club Discord in the Meets-Deets chat.

We may even have a sneak peak of the new SMART Play™ Bricks at the meet.

Tickets are free - please book in advance to make sure we have enough MILS kits for everyone and you also get a chance to win the door prize.
