You are kindly invited to shift perspective from everyday life to look up, far beyond the 5km radius. Leave behind all your Earthly worries and join your hosts Jessie and Reuben on a tour through the southern night sky.

Find out about the origins of our star signs, the furthest and the closest planets and how to find south once the sun has set!

Spring presents one of the best times to view the heavens and Centennial Park is the perfect setting for stargazing. Come together with your family, friends, or that special someone for an unforgettable evening under the stars.

This event will help you to make sense of what’s going on in the night sky. You’ll learn how to navigate using the stars, be captivated by stories of the cosmos, and look through a telescope to see things that aren’t visible to the naked eye.

You will leave your stargazing session with a fresh outlook and a renewed appreciation for our little place here on Earth.

Do not attend our programs, if

You show any COVID-19 symptoms or feel unwell.

Your have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days
You had a positive COVID-19 test result within in the last 4 months.

We will refund your ticket if you or your child show any symptoms of Covid-19 and cannot attend.
