Step away from the rush of everyday life and reconnect with nature this spring. 🌿🌼

Forest Therapy (also known as forest bathing or shinrin-yoku) is a guided experience that invites you to slow down, tune into your senses, and connect more deeply with the natural world.

It’s not about distance or fitness — it’s about presence, mindfulness and restoration.

Spring Forest Therapy Series – Southern Highlands

Join me for one of three guided Forest Therapy experiences across the Southern Highlands this spring:

🌿 Sunday 4 October 2026
Mansfield Reserve, East Bowral

🌿 Sunday 22 November 2026
Quest for Life, Bundanoon

Each location offers something a little different, while spring brings its own sense of renewal — new growth, warmer air, birdsong, colour and the gradual awakening of the landscape.

During your 2.5-hour guided experience, you’ll be gently guided through a series of simple invitations designed to:

• Ease stress and calm the mind
• Support wellbeing and creativity
• Deepen your connection with nature and yourself
• Create space to slow down and simply be
• Leave you feeling grounded, clear and restored

The experience concludes with a shared tea ceremony, providing time to gather, reflect and connect.

✨ No prior experience is needed. Come as you are. These walks are gentle, inclusive and open to all.

Why join?

Our lives rarely give us permission to slow down.

Forest Therapy creates that space.

Spring is an opportunity to step outside, notice what is changing around you, breathe deeply and experience the natural world at a slower pace. Whether this is your first Forest Therapy experience or you are returning for another walk, each season, location and experience is different.

Who is guiding?

Your guide, Luke, is a local INFTA Certified Forest Therapy Guide and founder of Nature’s Lead. With a background in leadership, mentoring and nature-led experiences, Luke is passionate about creating spaces that help people slow down, reconnect and experience the restorative benefits of time spent in nature.

Choose the date and location that suits you. 🌿
