The session overview:
This session will offer an explainer on retrofit: what it is and how it works so you can understand how to keep your home more energy efficient and comfortable. We will introduce key principles of home energy improvements and retrofitting to support you with the knowledge to enhance the comfort of your home, reduce your bills and lessen your environmental impact.
If you've had an Energy Trace, the session will also help you understand what steps you can take to address issues that may have been highlighted during your Trace.
Free food:
A free hot meal will be provided (vegan curry and rice).
Who is this for?
Our free workshops are open to anyone living in Bristol, before attending, please sign up for the Energy Champion newsletter/programme here. Whether you’re a homeowner or renter, this workshop is for anyone interested in improving energy efficiency, reducing carbon and enhancing comfort in their home. No prior experience is required and all abilities are welcome!
The venue and accessibility:
The workshop will take place in the Multi-use room which is downstairs at the Greenway Centre and is wheelchair accessible.
