The session overview:
Join us for a hands-on workshop where we will be giving you the chance to learn simple and practical DIY draught-proofing, and we will provide you with a free pack of DIY materials to take home (worth around £40). By addressing air leaks and improving thermal performance, you can make a big difference in your home’s energy efficiency without a huge investment! This workshop will focus on DIY draught-proofing skills and practical solutions you can apply to your home to make it more energy efficient and comfortable. No prior experience or DIY skills are needed!
Free food:
A free hot meal will be provided (vegan curry and rice).
Who is this for?
Our free workshops are open to anyone living in Bristol, before attending, please sign up for the Energy Champion newsletter/programme here. Whether you’re a homeowner or renter, this workshop is for anyone interested in improving energy efficiency, reducing carbon and enhancing comfort in their home. No prior experience is required and all abilities are welcome!
The venue and accessibility:
The workshop will take place in the Multi-use room which is downstairs at the Greenway Centre and is wheelchair accessible.
