Special Olympics Victoria – Melbourne Inner East (MIE) is excited to offer our 2026/27 Cricket Program, in association with Edinburgh Cricket Club.

📍 Location: Edinburgh Cricket Club, Brunswick Street Oval, Edinburgh Gardens, North Fitzroy VIC 3068

📅 Day: Mondays
⏰ Time: 5:30pm – 7:00pm

The program consists of 12 cricket training sessions:

• 2 March 2027

No cricket:

• 2 November 2026 – Melbourne Cup weekend

• 21 December 2026 – Christmas break

• 28 December 2026 – Christmas break

• 4 January 2027 – Christmas break

• 11 January 2027 – Christmas break

• 18 January 2027 – Christmas break

• 25 January 2027 – Christmas break

• 9 March 2027 – Labour Day weekend

🌟 Come & Try

The first two sessions are Come & Try sessions and are free of charge for new athletes.

This is a great opportunity for new athletes to come along, meet the coaches and other players, and give cricket a go in a fun and inclusive environment.

💰 Cost

$120 per athlete for 12 sessions

🏏 Who Can Join?

The program is open to Special Olympics athletes of all abilities who are interested in learning, playing and developing their cricket skills in an inclusive and supportive environment.
