Event description

“Your mind is a garden. Your thoughts are the seeds. The harvest can either be flowers or weeds.”
- William Wordsworth

Celebrate spring and new beginnings with a morning of seed sowing and inner reflection 🌷

This workshop brings together two of my greatest loves: gardening and mindfulness. We’ll sow seeds into trays in preparation for the growing season ahead, while also reflecting on the metaphorical seeds we wish to nurture within ourselves. Through hands-on gardening, a short guided meditation, and optional journal prompts, we’ll explore themes of intention-setting and laying foundations for growth.

No gardening or meditation experience is needed - just a willingness to get your hands a little dirty and connect in a meaningful way.

Included:
🌱 Seed trays, soil, tools, and seeds (or bring your own if you’d prefer)
🧘‍♀️ A short, grounding meditation to close
☕ Tea, coffee, and homemade nibbles

Come as you are, and leave with a tray of future seedlings - and perhaps a few planted intentions too.

Spaces are limited. We’d love to have you join us!
