A 1.5‑hour guided ritual designed to steady busy minds and tired bodies. Through warm tea, slow breath work, ambient soundscapes, and a closing sound journey, you’ll be guided to move from tension to spaciousness -- from rushing to presence -- from noise to quiet.

SPACE BETWEEN is a contemporary rest experience for those seeking calm amidst the busy pace of modern life. You’ll leave feeling clearer, softer, and more centred within yourself.
