Come along for the last Space Hub Connect event of the year - a Space Hub breakfast in collaboration with CGI Australia. This special edition is your gateway to unlocking the secrets to explore, navigate, and thrive in the Defence and Aerospace sector and discover how local entrepreneurs are growing their businesses. 

Cicada's Head of Space Tech, Julie Autuly, will lead the conversation with  Peter Clowes, CEO and Co-Founder at RaytracerDavid Jervis, Head of Sales at Gilmour Space Technologies, and  Tony Nicholls, Director Defence, Space and Intelligence at CGI Australia.  

Together, they will unpack the key ingredients to effectively approach, build relationships, and collaborate with primes, Defence, and government customers.  

​After the event, there will be a chance to network with the best and brightest in the Australian space community over coffee and breakfast.

About Peter Clowes, CEO and Co-Founder at Raytracer:

Peter is an IT executive with over a decade of experience driving innovation projects, most recently in the Space industry. At Raytracer, Peter and his team are building new human and machine teaming technologies that will propel humanity into a brave and bold future of exploration, both here on earth and into the stars. 

About David Jervis, Head of Sales at Gilmour Space Technologies:

David Jervis is the Head of Sales at Gilmour Space Technologies, an Australian-owned company that is leading the development of sovereign space capabilities in launch vehicles, satellites, and access to space. David has spent over 20 years in aerospace multinational corporations and startups, including roles in general management, business development and program management in the commercial, civil and defence sectors. Today, he oversees and drives all customer relationships at Gilmour Space, from Earth to orbit. 

About Tony Nicholls, Director Defence, Space and Intelligence at CGI Australia

Tony is the Director of CGI Space, Defence and Intelligence Australia. With over 30 years’ experience in Telecommunications, Programme and Project Management and Consultancy in global organisations, his eclectic experience has seen him working throughout Europe and the Middle East in Afghanistan, Bahrain, Iraq, Oman, Qatar, and UAE as well as various employments working with NATO and coalition forces. A veteran of 24 years full time service Tony was brought to Australia by our global talent taskforce as recognised preeminent in capability transformation.
