Designed for those new to yoga, experienced practitioners wanting a slower, stronger approach, and the curious souls open to just exploring new things, this experience is about stepping outside your comfort zone or simply taking a pause.
Expect a slower, strong yoga flow, breathwork techniques to calm the mind, and experience an ice bath to challenge and refresh you. We’ll finish with a nourishing meal, giving you time to connect and take it all in.

9:00 AM – Ice Bath & ocean swims
A supported cold immersion experience—harnessing breath and mindset to move through discomfort.
10:00 AM – Nourishing Brunch & Reflection
A simple, fresh, and nourishing meal shared together, allowing space to integrate the experience and continue connecting with like-minded humans.
