Space to Express - Art Therapy and Embodiment sessions
Description
Take a breath. Exhale the week. (Most of it!)
And step into a gentle, creative space that welcomes all of you — exactly as you are.
Space to Express is a 6-week series of art therapy evenings designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and express what’s alive within you through creativity, reflection and connection.
Each Thursday night at Darwin Community Arts, we’ll gather together in community — to share, create, and breathe space back into our bodies and hearts.
Every week offers something a little different — including expressive artmaking and embodiment practices to gentle self-reflection and grounding rituals. Each session responds to the energy and needs of the group, creating a supportive flow that evolves with those who gather.
You’ll be guided through simple, nurturing processes that invite curiosity, self-compassion, and authentic expression.
No art experience needed — just a willingness to explore and express.
