Modern people everywhere benefit from creating space to step back from their daily activities and gain perspective on their busy lives. Inspired by the practice of Shabbat as a spiritual retreat observed by Jewish people throughout the world,  Spacious Shabbat aims to create a gentle space for rest and relaxation inside your month. It’s designed around two simple hopes parents tell us again and again: that kids want to come to synagogue, and that they build friendships here. Along the way, we give parents space for their own learning and reflection, and to connect with each other.
