Join us for an evening of fine wines and timeless traditions at our upcoming wine tasting event featuring Gil Family Estates. With over a century of dedication to winemaking, Viñas Familia Gil takes pride in its rich heritage and commitment to quality.

The evening will be hosted by Felix Jimenez and Filip Tardy of Gil Family Estate who will guide you through a curated selection of six wines from different regions of Spain, all united under the Gil Family Estates brand.

They will help us explore the nuances of native grapes, each sip a journey through time and tradition. We'll examine the combination of inherited knowledge and modern techniques that contribute to the legacy of the Gil family.

Celebrate the timeless beauty of Spanish winemaking, paired with a Spanish snack plate from the Boise Co-op Deli including Manchego three ways: aged at three months, six months, and twelve months.
