SPARK for Mums: Reconnecting Through Compassion & Community
(Please only register for the adults attending - no need to register for your children)
Join us for a gentle, supportive workshop designed to help young mums reconnect with themselves, their children, and others in the community.
Many young mothers experience feelings of isolation and disconnection, especially when navigating the early years of parenting with limited support. This program provides a safe and welcoming space where mums can be seen, heard, and valued.
Through connection, compassion, and shared experience, participants can rediscover their sense of self, rebuild confidence, and strengthen everyday tools for calm and wellbeing – for themselves and their families.
Session 1: Monday 10 November
Time: 9:00 – 11:00 am
Location: Environmental Centre, 7 Joseph crescent, Deception Bay
Morning tea provided.
Mums and carers are welcome to bring their children. (Please only register for the adults attending - no need to register for your children)
Places are limited, registration essential.
