Event description
Join us for an evening of delicious cuisine and charitable giving at the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club in Newport as we raise funds to support the growth and spirit of local youth.
Our fundraising dinner will feature a tantalizing 3-course menu, a raffle, dancing, and the opportunity to bid on exciting silent auction items, all while making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Your support will directly impact young people in our community, giving them the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. Come dine with purpose and make a lasting impact on the future of youth in the Northern Beaches.
Menu includes canapes on arrival and an alternate drop main and dessert:
Canapés
- Caramelised Onion and Fetta Tarts
- Moroccan lamb meatballs with yoghurt dressing
- Swimmer crab salad, jamon, and spiced tomato jam on a mini milk bun
Mains
- Prosciutto wrapped roast chicken ballotine w/ gratin potato, carrot puree, asparagus and jus
- Cone bay barramundi w/ asparagus, preserved lemon and fennel risotto
Desserts
- Salted caramel and chocolate tart w/raspberry coulis, popping candy, vanilla ice cream
- Apricot frangipani tart w/ pistachio ice cream, orange cream, pistachio pashmak
