Spark NextGen Reset to Rise Workshop
Event description
Most of us were never taught how to succeed, figure it out, be confident, lock in ...
Our one-day Reset to Rise workshop helps with exactly that. Teens will walk away with practical tools to feel more in control, confident and clear about what’s next.
What we'll cover:
We’ll go deep on the three things school forgot to teach, but every teen needs:
Rewrite Your Story
How to stop letting past experiences or negative beliefs weigh you down and instead, allow them to drive you forward towards your goals.
Rewire Your Habits
Small daily actions and movement practices that boost your energy, focus, and wellbeing (you CAN wake up at 5am, but that isn't on our list). This is so that when you want to hit a goal ... your mind and body will be on your side too!
Refocus Your Finances
Learn how to save, spend and plan for the life you want. It’s never too early to start thinking like a boss.
You'll walk away with:
A fresh mindset and clarity on what matters to you
A simple financial plan that aligns with your goals
Practical habits you can use to get unstuck and stay focused
A personal action plan to help you move toward your goals
An accountability group with other teens to make sure you stick to the plan you create

Let’s Help Teens Rise
There’s no perfect time to start, but this is a powerful one.
Give your teen a space where they can pause, reset and rise into who they’re becoming with guidance, support and a solid plan.
FAQs
Is this a school-style workshop?
Absolutely not. This is interactive, relaxed and built around real conversations, not lectures.
Will my teen be forced to speak in front of others?
Not unless they really want to! They can participate at their own pace - zero pressure. If they'd rather sit back and work their magic in silence, that works too.
Can I attend with my teen?
We encourage parents to allow their teen space to go on this journey on their own as they design their own future. You're more than welcome to arrive with them and meet us before or after the event.
Is this run by qualified educators?
Absolutely. Our speakers include Kevin Chu, a professional teacher and youth mentor, Joanne Herrera, an international dance performer and instructor and professional teacher, and Stacy Henderson, a finance coach who retired at the age of 32, each with 10+ years experience in their industries.
