This Spark Women panel explores one simple idea:

real growth doesn’t start with what you want to do; it starts with why.

As a new year begins, we’re quick to set goals, chase change, and lean into the magic of “new.” But without a clear sense of purpose behind those goals, even the best intentions lose momentum. And let’s be honest, we’re meeting in mid-February for a reason. Most resolutions have already ghosted us… or was it the other way around?

This panel will help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with the deeper motivations that fuel your work, leadership, and life. Because we all have crazy potential, even (and maybe especially) when radical change doesn’t happen right at the start of the year.

Our panelists will share their own stories of discovering and redefining their “why,” the challenges of staying connected to it, and the practical ways they live it out daily. Together, we’ll explore how knowing your “why” brings clarity, confidence, and fulfillment, no matter the season. You’ll leave with simple, actionable ways to bring your “why” to life in 2026, not through a “new you,” but a more intentional version of the same you.

Meet our panelists!
