When we open up and share we give permission for others to do the same. 

Showing up with an open and curious mind we realise that we are more alike than different.

The afternoon includes:

Outline of our time together: 

3.00pm :: Enjoy time to settle in and arrive.
Gather around to enjoy deep soul nourishing conversations over a cup of tea with the other wāhine. Nourish our bodies with a delicious afternoon tea platter.

The opportunity to pull an oracle card.

3.45pm :: We come together in our scared Circle 

~ guided meditation
~ self reflection
~ music and movement 
~ words of wisdom + soul shares
~ deep listening

6.00pm :: We officially conclude Circle

Your host:

Sarah is a Modern Mystic + Empowerment Coach. 

Harnessing the power of Reiki, oracle cards, trained intuition and mindset Sarah coaches women to realign with what lights them up. Supporting them to follow the nudge that there "must be more to life" than what they're currently feeling stuck in.

After experiencing a Women's Circle in Bali in 2019 she knew she had to bring this magic back home with her, cultivating community and depth in connection (inwards + with others).
