Join us to celebrate the new release of our ‘Popsie’ Sparkling Blanc de Blancs amongst the Chardonnay vines where the magic began.
Enjoy a glass of the 2019 ‘Popsie’ on arrival as well as a selection of premium sashimi and sushi made by Yuki in the Hills.
Revel in a leisurely day in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. Relax on the manicured lawns of our Sophie’s Hill Vineyard with picnic rugs, at our shaded wine barrels or make yourself at home in the comfort of our stunning Cellar Door.
For 2023 we have added two 'Sunset Editions' where you can spend your Saturday night watching the sunset over the hills and vines:
