Sparkling Sounds ft. Tyson O'Brien at Bird in Hand Winery

Still warm from his residency at Ibiza’s Ushuaia, Melbourne’s Tyson O’Brien is bringing his House grooves to Bird in Hand for the garden party of the season, Sparkling Sounds. 

Bird in Hand's spring wines will be on pour, and what better place to sip and socialise than the vibrant Bird in Hand gardens overlooking the vines. The grounds will be adorned in outdoor bars, a Spritz station and food stalls serving everything from Smokey Bay oysters w/ Sparkling mignonette to house-made spring pea arancini w/ herb garden aioli. 

Beer and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available.
