SPE General Meeting May 2025
Event description
Enverus’ DJ Basin Play Fundamentals highlights key trends and changes across the DJ Basin over the past year. This talk will showcase operator-level inventory at breakeven price, emphasizing both quality and quantity of remaining locations and the impact of surface restrictions. Case studies using DSU-level analysis will compare two distinct development strategies observed across the play: maximizing NPV with tight spacing versus prioritizing IRR with wider spaced wells. Additionally, this talk will explore region-specific recoveries, economic considerations, and the impact of subsurface drivers on future development.
